I'm based in Glasgow, Scotland (272 Bath Street, G2 4JR). I work with clients across the UK and internationally, and I'm set up for remote collaboration—calls, workshops, and ongoing support can all be done online. For kick-offs or key milestones, in-person meetings can be arranged where useful.
It depends on your goals. Common setups include: a discovery call to align on objectives, then a short proposal (scope, deliverables, timeline). Engagements might be project-based (e.g. a GTM plan or partnership strategy) or ongoing (e.g. BD support, pipeline management, or revenue execution). We agree on cadence and success metrics up front.
